This project is a multi-story operational storage facility with associated utilities, fire protection, local area network, and heating ventilation-air conditioning/humidity control. The facility includes secure storage rooms for each detachment, showers and restrooms, a duty watch station, a bunk room, and laundry areas. This project required special attention in design and selection of materials to ensure maximum durability to a saltspray environment. R.A. Burch provided a state of the art, highly functional and durable facility for the war-fighters to store, stage and maintain their gear during their training rotations.
