PARKS RESERVE FORCES TRAINING FORCES TRAINING AREA, DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA

Work consisted of the construction of a two-story US Army Reserve Center, and a one-story unheated storage building. The facilities are load bearing masonry structures with steel framing, sloped metal roofs, and a combination of rock faced CMU veneer and EIFs. They also include security systems, smoke, fire detection and sprinkler systems, and an intrusion detections system for the arms area. Supporting facilities included utility extension, electrical service, fire protection and alarm systems, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, military equipment parking, MEP lighting, fencing and gates, information systems and site improvements.
