DESIGN/BUILD RAMONA PLAZA
RAMONA, CALIFORNIA

Design/Build – Turnkey Construction of Ramona Plaza – 2 story, 15,000 square foot mixed use office/retail complex on Main Street in Ramona, CA. Spread footing foundation, slab on grade, steel moment frame and wood frame structure, stucco exterior, two-story structure with elevator. Interior finishes included ceramic tile, carpet, drywall, paint, casework, restaurant equipment, acoustic treatment, doors, hardware and toilet accessories. Mechanical systems included split system HVAC heating and cooling, dual system waste and vent for grease line waste and sanitary sewer, grease trap and fire sprinklers. Site work included sewer, water and gas mains, improvement of State Hwy 67, new streetlights, asphalt parking, underground electric, landscape, concrete paving and conservation of the “Historic Colonnade” along Main Street, Ramona, CA.
